Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.
One of the biggest challenges for early stage companies is raising the first true seed round of $50k - $100K beyond the initial investments from founders, family/friends and/or crowdfunding.

This period is the “death valley” of financing for companies- you are still in the development/validation phase and likely still pre-revenue or very small revenue. Where do you go for funding?
Most founders turn to individual angel investors because you are too early stage for angel investment groups.
But are you really “too early stage”?
K-Street Capital angel group has broken away from the typical angel group investment model and invests in early, often pre-revenue stage companies. The typical initial investment size is $25,000 - $100,000 with follow-on investments as warranted. K-Street Capital’s goal is to provide a catalyst to promising, early stage companies.
In a roundtable/panel format, members of K Street Capital will lead an informative discussion about their decision-making process to invest in early stage startup companies. Key issues include what they look for in the team & business model, their due diligence process, typical terms, and how much they typically invest. They will also discuss why/how their model is different from the typical angel group.

The primary audience is founders of early stage startup companies who need to understand the mindset of an angel investor. Those interested in understanding the role of angel investors in the startup ecosystem will also benefit from this session.
